Gabriella Grima M.OMsc
Owner & Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
Gabriella Grima is the owner of Lindsay Osteopathy + Wellness and a dedicated Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. She holds a Master of Practice Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Sciences (M.OMSc) from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, Ontario. Her background in fitness coaching and experience managing a family-owned nutrition store helped shape her broad understanding of movement, lifestyle, and whole-person wellness. This foundation naturally led her toward osteopathy, where she could combine her interest in anatomy, biomechanics, and functional health with a hands-on approach to care. Gabriella is passionate about the body’s natural ability to self-regulate and adapt. Her treatments are individualized and grounded in classical osteopathic principles, with a focus on understanding how different areas of the body work together and how restrictions in one area may influence movement and function elsewhere. She works with a wide range of clients and has a particular interest in prenatal care, pediatric care, rehabilitation, mobility, and general wellness. Her approach is thoughtful, hands-on, and tailored to each person’s needs, with an emphasis on comfort, safety, and helping clients move and function with greater ease. As the founder of Lindsay Osteopathy + Wellness, Gabriella is proud to serve the Kawartha Lakes community and to create a clinic where hands-on treatment, rehabilitation, and complementary wellness services can exist together in one supportive environment. Her goal is to help clients feel heard, supported, and confident in their care while promoting long-term health, movement, and overall well-being.

Megan Northmore M.OMsc
Graduate Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
Born and raised in the Kawartha Lakes, Megan is passionate about helping people better understand their health and supporting the body’s natural capacity for adaptation, movement, and recovery. After completing her education away from home, Megan returned to the community she has always valued to begin her professional practice. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Queen’s University, along with a Certificate in French for Professionals. She also completed her osteopathic education at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, earning a Master of Practice Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Sciences (M.OMSc). Megan’s interest in osteopathy grew from a lifelong fascination with anatomy, biomechanics, and human performance. As a former competitive athlete who participated in a wide range of sports, she developed an early appreciation for the relationship between movement, injury, recovery, and overall physical function. She was drawn to osteopathy because of its emphasis on understanding how structure, motion, and function work together. Her approach is grounded in osteopathic principles and focused on identifying factors that may be contributing to a client’s symptoms while supporting mobility, function, and long-term well-being. Megan works with individuals of different ages, activity levels, and backgrounds, whether they are seeking care for acute injuries, chronic concerns, preventative maintenance, or general physical wellness. She values a collaborative, patient-centred approach and believes that helping clients better understand their bodies is an important part of supporting meaningful and lasting progress.

Alex Langford
Apprentice Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
Alex Langford is an osteopathic manual therapy student currently studying at the Ontario Academy of Progressive Osteopathy. She works alongside Gabriella while continuing to develop her clinical skills and experience in osteopathic care. With a background in athletics, movement, and rehabilitation, Alex has always had a strong interest in how the body moves, adapts, and recovers. Her experience as a physiotherapy assistant has given her valuable exposure to rehabilitation, mobility, and client-centred care, while her work developing individualized movement and strength-based programs has further shaped her approach to supporting physical function. Alex is passionate about helping people better understand their bodies and believes that care should be collaborative, practical, and focused on the individual. She values movement quality, patient education, and creating realistic strategies that help clients feel more confident in how they move through everyday life. Through her osteopathic studies, Alex continues to build on her knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and manual therapy while gaining hands-on experience in a clinical setting. Her approach is warm, attentive, and patient-centred, with a focus on supporting mobility, recovery, functional movement, and overall physical well-being.
